1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or using Agent Wispr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
2. License
Agent Wispr is licensed under the MIT License. The source code is freely available on GitHub. Your purchase grants you a compiled installer for convenience and access to Pro features. You may use the software on any number of personal machines. You may not resell or redistribute the compiled installer or your license key.
3. Software Use
Agent Wispr uses OpenAI's Whisper model locally. We are not responsible for the accuracy of transcription results. The app injects text by simulating keyboard input; we are not liable for any unintended text insertion or focus issues.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
Agent Wispr is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee compatibility with all applications, hardware, or operating systems. Use of the software is at your own risk.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Josh Lehman shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.
6. Downloads & Support
Download links are valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If your link expires, contact us at support@joshlehman.ca and we will issue a new one. Technical support is provided via email on a best-effort basis.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Canada.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
