When you purchase Agent Wispr, we collect your email address and payment information (processed securely by Stripe). We do not store your credit card details. We collect only what is necessary to deliver your purchase, generate your license key, and provide support.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used solely to deliver your download link, provide your license key, and offer customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except as required to process your payment (Stripe) or deliver your order (Resend).
3. Application Data
Agent Wispr runs locally on your computer. All audio recording and speech-to-text transcription happen entirely on-device using a local Whisper model — no audio or transcripts are ever sent to our servers. If you enable the optional **AI Cleanup** feature, transcribed text (but never audio) is sent to Groq for processing. Your settings and transcription history are stored locally on your machine.
4. Cookies & Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, time on site, and traffic sources. This helps us understand how visitors use the site and improve it over time. Google Analytics may set cookies on your device. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We also use essential cookies required for the checkout process.
5. Data Retention
Download tokens expire after 7 days. Your email address and license key record are retained for the lifetime of the product to allow for license recovery and updates. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting), Upstash (license storage), and Google Analytics (usage analytics). If enabled in the app, Groq is used for text cleanup. Each operates under their own privacy policies.
7. Your Rights (PIPEDA)
